In continuation of July 2009 post "European Designed 'Chopstick Aids'", looks like the concept of adding on cutlery to common chopsticks are catching on. The Chopsticks Plus One designed by Aissa Logerot of Yanko Design is a hybrid of chopsticks and a spoon. The project is said to be geared toward the Asian market where meals require different sets of cutlery to be used however the design seems very skeptical. If one really saw how Asians ate their soups (ramen, pho, miso) the spoon/chopstick mix is not very practical. Link
